1. Clean the machine before operation, wipe off the dirt, then lubricate it with a few drops of oil, and let the machine idle for 2~3 minutes before sewing.

2. Pay attention to check the oil pan during the use of the machine to keep the lubricating oil in the oil pan clean and not blackened or deteriorated. The oil pan also needs to be cleaned regularly, because other sundries are easy to get into the oil pan during the use of the machine.

3. The amount of sewing machine oil should not be lower than the minimum mark line, nor higher than the high mark line. This needs to be checked at any time. If there is no oil supply to the machine from the oil window when the machine is running, it will cause the machine to be worn and the service life will be reduced.

4. Clean up the cloth scraps, dust, and garbage around the rotary hook after each machine operation. The needle plate, teeth, and brackets also need to be cleaned regularly.

5. After the flat car sewing machine has been used for a long time, it is necessary to check the machine comprehensively to see if there is any looseness in the machine, and then apply lubricating oil to various parts, such as the center hole of the pressure adjusting screw, the upper and lower ends of the needle bar, the small The contact between the connecting rod and the connecting shaft of the needle bar of the thread take-up cam, etc.
