Long-term movement of the heavy material sewing machine is likely to cause problems such as sewing machine noise or skipped stitches. How do we solve this problem?
1. There are many reasons for the noise of the sewing machine. If the machine works for a long time and vibrates to loosen the screws of the sewing machine, it will cause the sewing machine to make noise. It is common for the lack of oil to cause a large gap between the bevel gears, or the long-term wear and tear between the parts of the machine, etc., so if the machine makes noise, we need to judge from the sound which part is making the sound, and then proceed examine.
2. Skipping stitches on the sewing machine: During long-term sewing operations, the needles are bent or the operator installs the needles backwards, which will cause skipped stitches. In this case, replace the needles or reinstall the needles. The gap between the tip of the hook and the concave surface of the needle is 0.05mm. If the gap between the tip of the hook and the concave surface of the needle exceeds 0.05mm, the needle will skip. The reason for skipping needles is that the tip of the hook is severely worn.
If skipped stitches occur, we must pay attention to check these places, and then solve them accordingly.
